About Us
Our mission is to help the engineering consultant, owner, contractor, or private developer design a cost effective yet efficient solution to their water, wastewater, and residual problems.
The S. Roberts Company was formed in 2001 to provide a link between selected manufacturers and the consulting engineers and/or end users in the field of water and wastewater treatment. Our staff brings over 50 years of experience in applying product to specific project needs. We have assembled a group of associates that broaden our reach from both a geographical and application standpoint. A recent merge in resources with WTG Midwest in Nebraska strengthens our coverage for the benefit of our manufacturers and customers.

Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota and Texas.
1978 - 2002, Vice President of Sales and owner, Automatic Systems Co.

J.R. Yde
J.R. has been in water and wastewater since 1975. He started Sioux Valley Environmental in 1978. SVEN works with municipal and industrial water and wastewater systems to improve efficiencies in operation and to maintain or achieve regulatory compliance. J.R’s specialty is in the application/feeding of chemicals, biological treatment, and sludge dewatering. J.R. does field sludge dewatering evaluations.
J.R. is working on many capital projects with Steve Roberts.
Brittany Hirschbrunner
Graduated from Iowa State University in 2007 with a BS in Industrial Engineering and a general business minor.
Worked as an inventory analyst for Caterpillar Logistics from 2008-2009. Joined Fluid Equipment in 2009 as a sales engineer located in Kansas City. Currently part of the WTG Midwest serving as the Sales Manager for the Nebraska territory.
