Project: St Cloud, MN Water Treatment Plant

Design: Replace two (2) circular clarifiers, 8 MGD/Basin, each basin 55’x55’, loading rate 0.3 GPM/sq. ft, 8 rows of plates/basin, and 4 collectors per basin.
Equipment:
a. 4 Hoseless Sludge Collectors/Basin
b. 8 rows of plates settlers/basin
Notes: The existing tube settlers had failed. The floors of the existing basins had to be leveled in preparation for the installation of the new collectors.
